1. What PropLink is

2. Your account

You must provide a working phone number to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including listings published and enquiries received.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload — listing details, photos, videos, and profile information. By publishing a listing, you grant PropLink a license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service (for example, showing it on your public listing page and generating a link preview when it's shared).

You're responsible for having the right to use everything you upload, and for the accuracy of what you publish — pricing, availability, amenities, and photos. Don't list a property you don't have the authority to list.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Upload content you don't have rights to.
• Use the enquiry system to send unsolicited messages or spam buyers.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use PropLink for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-generated content

PropLink can generate listing descriptions from the notes, details, and photos you provide, using a third-party AI model. You're responsible for reviewing and correcting any AI-generated text before publishing — treat it as a draft, not a guarantee of accuracy.

6. Fees

PropLink is currently free to use. Some features may become paid in the future; if that happens, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before anything is charged, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Termination

You can stop using PropLink and delete your listings at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including publishing fraudulent listings or abusing the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

PropLink is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between brokers and buyers.

9. Governing law
